Image Release Information

We will need you to sign an image release granting permission for your little (and not so little) feet to be used in marketing material. Names will not be associated with feet, and we will not be photograph faces for the campaign. However, if it is okay with you, we may included faces in behind the scenes photographs that tell the story of this photoshoot.

Radio Description

Do you grant permission for your child to be included in behind the scenes photographs?

(Names will not be included but faces will be included)

Session Details : December 9, 2019 from 4:30PM-6:00PM

Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your time slot so your child can use the restroom and we ready to go on set at the designated time. If you are running behind, please notify the studio as soon as possible and we will do out best to fit you in.

Please also being a pair of socks for your child or children to wear. Thank you so much for your help making this session possible!
